Founder & Publisher David Teeghman

David Teeghman founded J-School Buzz in October 2010 from the comforts of RJI’s Futures Lab. He spent the first few months building the site and bringing together the team of editors that launched JSB in January 2011. He served as its first Editor-in-Chief, and is now its Publisher.

A recent graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism, Teeghman is now a Middle School Reading Teacher in Indianapolis as part of Teach For America.

He has worked as a technology blogger for Discovery News and a show host and producer at KCOU 88.1 FM. When he grows up, he wants to be Jon Stewart, Nick Denton and Marvin Overby in equal parts.

You can take a gander at his portfolio website, Twitter, or Linkedin. You can also email him at davidteeghman [at] gmail [dot] com.
