How The Maneater’s MOVE Magazine Pissed Off Mizzou’s LGBTQ Community (Updated)

The Maneater’s MOVE Magazine recently published a column titled “Grindr lovin’ had me aghast,” and it is getting a LOT of negative attention. It’s practically gone viral and the column’s comments section is full of hate. Why, you ask? Because this column is just a cesspool of gay stereotypes and slut-shaming.

Mizzou Memes are Taking Over Facebook

Mizzou Memes have taken over Facebook this week.

They reference Mizzou microcelebrities like Brother Jed from Speakers’ Circle and Sandy from Plaza 900, poke fun at kansas, point out the health risks of Baja and bring up the fact that there is no legitimate way to navigate through the engineering building.

But they also include, of course, quite a few jokes about the Missouri School of Journalism.
